Lithgow Hookups: Lithgow Women Want to Meet

Where the mountain line ends and the country begins: casual sex in Lithgow.

Often called the first country town west of Sydney

Go west from Sydney and Lithgow is usually counted as the first real country town you reach, about 150 kilometres out on the Great Western Highway. It sits in a mountain valley with national parks all around it, among them the Blue Mountains National Park and the Wollemi National Park, home of the Wollemi pine.

The headline date in the calendar is Ironfest, an annual heritage event with jousting, blacksmith demonstrations and a colonial battle re-enactment. The rest of the time, Main Street holds the shops and services in one strip, so it is a simple place to meet in daylight.

Lithgow hookups: what to know first

Does Lithgow get snow?

Sometimes. Lithgow is one of the few Australian cities to see appreciable snow, though the falls are usually small; a late storm in October 2014 dropped 20 centimetres. Winters are cool to cold, summers mild to warm, and rain falls steadily all year, so a jacket is the sensible bet.

Where can we go for a second meeting in Lithgow?

A few public options: the Zig Zag Railway, Eskbank House Museum, the Lithgow State Mine Heritage Park and Railway, or the Small Arms Factory Museum. Pick whichever suits you both, make sure other people are around, and tell a friend your plan.
