VIP from A$24.99 for a week, or as little as A$5.99 a week on a 12-month plan you pay for once.
Joining costs nothing, and Classic lets you build a profile, browse and send a limited number of messages a day. VIP starts at A$24.99 for a week and VIP Plus at A$26.99. The 12-month plans are paid once; every shorter plan renews until you cancel it.

The 12-month VIP plan comes to A$5.99 a week, the lowest weekly rate on the list, and like the 12-month VIP Plus plan it does not renew.
What each level gets you
Classic
Where everyone starts. You get a profile with photos, member browsing, daily match suggestions, status updates, comments on articles and polls, and a limited number of messages each day. Messages from VIP and VIP Plus members can be read and answered, and the ID check costs nothing.
VIP
Everything in Classic, plus messaging with no daily cap. Search filters narrow results by city, distance, experience level and what a member is open to, and VIP adds the exclusive chat rooms, private group chats of up to 50 people, rewind, and a list of everyone who likes you.
VIP Plus
VIP Plus keeps every VIP perk and adds exclusive matches, priority for the messages and likes you send, and top spot in other members' match stacks. Boosts and Super Match are separate paid add-ons for this level.

Stay in control of your plan
- Renewal. The week, month, three-month and six-month plans renew by themselves at your sign-up price, billed only once the paid period has run out. Twelve-month plans are paid once. A discounted trial or offer renews at the standard price unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancelling. Contact support or ask the chat bot, and you are emailed a link to the cancellation process. You keep your paid benefits until the period you have paid for ends, and cancelling does not delete your profile.
- Refunds. The member terms say purchases are generally final, with no refunds or credits for a part-used period, except where the law provides for one, and any refund carries an administration charge. Boosts and Super Match cannot be refunded in part, and a purchase made through a third-party payment provider is handled by that provider.

How much does HookUps365 cost?
For VIP, a week is A$24.99, a month A$64.24 and twelve months A$312.34. For VIP Plus the figures are A$26.99, A$72.81 and A$416.62. The table above lists the three-month and six-month plans too.
Can I send messages without paying?
Classic members get a daily allowance of messages and can open and answer anything a VIP or VIP Plus member sends them. Messaging without a daily limit is part of VIP, which is the level to pick if you want to chat without a daily cap.
Does my plan renew by itself?
Plans of a week, a month, three months or six months carry on at the price you signed up at until you cancel. The twelve-month VIP and VIP Plus plans are paid once and end when the year does, so nothing else is taken.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Ask support or the chat bot for the cancellation link and what you paid for keeps working until that period ends. The member terms describe purchases as generally final, apart from refunds the law requires, so cancel before the renewal date rather than after it.
