Is HookUps365 Legit? What the Terms and Reviews Say
What the site's own terms, billing rules and reviews say, with ways to check each point yourself.
It's legit as a business you can check: online since 2016, with public terms, a stated way to cancel and human support. But those terms say staff may run profiles to test the service and research its products, so a profile in search may not belong to a member, and the company doesn't verify what members say about themselves.
The site wrote this page, so weigh it accordingly. Most of what follows comes from the terms, the privacy policy and the platform's reviews, and the table shows where to read them.
A profile in search may not be a member
A section of the terms, headed Email Communications and Test Profiles, lets the company create "Staff Profiles", run by its employees to test the service and its features and to research its products and services, and says it does not promise that every profile in search belongs to a user.
In plain terms, a profile is not proof of a member. Don't assume any profile is verified, because the site doesn't promise it. Treat a chat as unproven until a video call or a public meeting shows who is there.
The same terms call it an entertainment service used at your own risk, ask for common sense with personal details, and say the company runs no criminal background checks and that any profile or message may not be genuine. They also say the company cannot promise that every user is 18 or over.
Where to check it yourself
All public. Read it before you pay, and again if something goes wrong.

Billing, cancelling and refunds
- Renewal. Some plans renew by themselves until you cancel, at the rate you signed up at; the pricing page shows which. A discounted introductory offer renews at the standard rate unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancelling. Contact support or ask the chat bot, and an email brings the cancellation link. What you paid for keeps working until that period ends.
- Your profile. Cancelling a plan doesn't remove your profile. It stays visible until you take it down on your Membership page.
- Refunds. Purchases are generally final, with nothing back for a part-used period, unless the law gives you a refund. Refunds carry an administration charge, and a Boost or Super Match is never refunded in part.
If a second charge appears
Match each charge on your statement to your plan, to an add-on bought separately (a Boost or Super Match, on the features page) or to an introductory offer rolling over. If nothing fits, ask support, or the payment provider if you paid through one, and keep every email and receipt.
What the reviews raise
The platform held three reviews on 24 October 2026, too few to judge a site by. Two raise worries worth answering.
Scripted-sounding chat
One member, in a one-star review, said every woman's profile gave the same set of answers in chat. The review doesn't say why.
A second charge
Another, also one star, asked what a second charge beside the monthly one was for and asked for it to be refunded. The review doesn't say what the charge was.
If replies feel scripted
- Ask something specific. Put a question that only someone who read your message could answer, and ask for a video call, as the Australian Federal Police advises.
- Never pay for a promise. Don't spend money to get a reply, photo or meeting someone has dangled.
- Report it. Block the profile and tell support. The safety page explains how.
What no site can promise
No hookup site can promise a match, a reply or that anyone is online when you are, and the terms promise no particular result. Judge any site, this one included, by what it lets you check:
- Can you read its terms and privacy policy before you pay?
- Does it say how to cancel and what a refund covers, in plain steps?
- Does it tell you some profiles may not be members?
- Is there a person to ask, and a way to block and report?
Is HookUps365 legit: your questions
Is HookUps365 a scam?
Check what you can. It has been online since 2016, publishes its terms and says how to cancel. Those terms also say staff may run profiles and that members' statements aren't verified, so read them before you pay.
Does HookUps365 have fake profiles?
The terms say staff may run profiles to test the service and research its products, so a profile isn't always a member, and that any profile or message may not be genuine. Ask something specific, and ask for a video call before you trust anyone.
Can I get a refund from HookUps365?
Purchases are generally final, apart from refunds the law requires, and refunds carry an administration charge. Boosts and Super Match are never refunded in part. Ask support first, or the payment provider if you paid through one.
Are hookup sites legit and safe?
No site can promise safety, and age alone doesn't make one legit. Judge any of them by what it lets you check: terms you can read before paying, plain steps to cancel, a clear refund policy and a way to block and report. Then follow the hookup safety tips.
